As project manager, I am responsible for the success of the project. I lead the project team, coordinate the tasks and make sure that all team members are on course and keep the project goal in mind. I monitor the progress of the project, identify potential problems and develop plans to solve those problems.

As the leader of the project, I am also responsible for ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. I work closely with all project stakeholders to ensure their needs and requirements are met.

I am responsible for communication within the project team and between the project team and other stakeholders.  I make sure that all project team members are informed about the progress of the project . In addition, I  am also responsible for coordinating communication with external partners and customers to ensure that the project goal is successfully achieved. I keep all stakeholders informed regularly and communicate openly and transparently about the progress of the project.

As a risk manager on a project team, I work closely with other members to identify, analyze and assess potential risks. My role is to ensure that the project is successfully completed within budget and on schedule by proactively addressing risks and developing and implementing risk management plans.
